Ready to release some energy? Head over to Climb So Ill in Lafayette Park or St. Charles! They offer shoe and gear rentals, plus knowledgeable staff to keep you safe. It’s a fantastic place to try this thrilling sport! The St. Charles location even has “The Gravity Lab,” designed specifically for kids and first-time climbers. Want more structure? They offer various classes to help you learn the ropes (literally!).

There’s no other place like the City Museum! Crawl through cave systems, climb hidden passages, and slide down slides into unknown depths. You could spend hours exploring all the secrets this museum has to offer. While there are outdoor sections, the indoor exhibits are just as thrilling. Grab a Summer Pass for only $34.99, which lets you play all summer long (including rooftop access and events!).

Escape From St. Louis
Unlock new adventures at Escape From St. Louis in Maplewood! Where else can you defeat an Evil Wizard, uncover the mysteries of a Cosmic Carnival, and inherit objects of unknown power in an old spooky estate? Escape rooms are a fantastic way to connect and work together as a family while solving puzzles and having fun. Not just for older kids, the Wizard Quest is perfect for younger adventurers too. You have sixty minutes on the clock—are you up for the challenge?

MADE for Kids by The Magic House
Let your inner artist shine at MADE for Kids! This 7,000 sq ft makerspace offers painting, sculpting, 3D printing, and even robot building. Check out Tapescape, their newest exhibit made entirely out of tape! Don’t miss Free Family Night every third Friday of the month from 5-8 p.m., where up to 2 adults and 4 kids can visit the museum at no cost. While MADE for Kids is perfect for elementary and middle schoolers, there’s also MADE (for adults) on the lower level, offering memberships, classes, and events!
