How many people can I play with?

Rooms range from 2-10 players. This is different for each room.

Will there be other groups in our room with us?

 

Unlike other escape rooms, we will never put strangers in a room with you.  If your group books a room, you will have it to yourselves.  Our rooms are designed so groups small and large can enjoy!  Keep in mind, the more people you have the better chance you have to escape (in theory).

                       

Are we really locked in the room?

You are not actually locked in the rooms, the doors in front of you will be locked but you can always exit the rooms through the door you entered through.

 

What are the age requirements?

 

Ages 16 and up are welcome. Suggested minimum age is 12, however any age is welcome at the discretion of the parent or guardian. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

What happens if I show up late?

 

We still want you to come in if you are late, however we will have to start the timer on your room no later than 5 minutes past your scheduled time in order to keep to our time frame.

​

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my game?

​

You are able to cancel online up to 24 hours prior to the appointment.

 

If it's less than 24 hours, call us at 314-202-8880 or email us at escapefromstl@gmail.com for assisstance. 

 

We do charge a $70 no-show fee for any games cancelled with less than 24 hours in advance.

Is the room escape handicap accessible?

 

The Escape from Saint Louis experience is handicap accessible, unfortunately our restroom facilities are not at this time. 

 

* You may call us and set up a time to come in and take a look at the rooms if you have any concerns.

Are food and alcohol permitted?

​

Food and alcohol are not permitted. 

However, we would be happy to give you suggestions for food and beverages within walking distance of Escape from St. Louis in Downtown Maplewood.

Where is the escape experience and where can I park?

​

7403 Manchester Rd. Maplewood, Missouri 63143. 

Parking is available on the street in front of our location, as well as a private lot behind the building.
