Event Details

• What does CLUE in Maplewood! involve?

  • This event takes place outdoors in downtown Maplewood and involves walking approximately 1 to 3 miles to various local businesses and locations throughout the downtown corridor. Expect the experience to last around 90 minutes.

• Is this a team event? Will I be put in group with strangers?​

  • This event is individually played, not as a team - although you can play with others if you choose.

  • Each participant will require their own ticket to attend.

  • You will not be put in a group with strangers.

• How old do you have to be to participate in the event?​

  • This event is for all ages and is family friendly!

  • ​​​Attendees that purchase a Regular ticket can choose to add on ond Child Ticket (ages 5 to 12) for $5  for every Regular Ticket purchased.

  • Children ages 13 and older are required to purchase a Regular ticket.

    • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult regardless of ticket type.​

• Do I need any special equipment?

  • Yes, you will need access to a smartphone to complete select side quest missions. The main objective does not require a smartphone. If you do not have a smartphone available, please contact us in advance so we can attempt to make suitable accommodations.

• What should I bring and wear?

  • Wear: Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.

  • Bring: Water, snacks, a fully charged phone or portable power bank, sunscreen, and/or an umbrella just in case.

• What happens if it rains?

  • Clue in Maplewood! takes place rain or shine! Be prepared for whatever weather St. Louis has in store for the day.

• What are the safety guidelines?

  • Your safety is our top priority. Please remain aware of your surroundings, stay on sidewalks, and obey all pedestrian traffic laws while walking through the city. Unsafe behavior will result in the immediate termination of your game without a refund.

Parking & Facilities

• Where should I park?

  • On-Site Parking: Street parking is available directly in front of our building, and a dedicated lot is located behind the building. If you park in the rear lot, enter through the back hallway and follow the directional signage to our space (it's a bit of a maze back there!).

  • Public Parking: Additional public parking can be found throughout Downtown Maplewood on the street, in the far section of the Schnucks parking lot, and in the public spaces behind the businesses on the south side of Manchester.

• Are restrooms available?

  • We strongly recommend using the restroom prior to your arrival. While our building has a restroom, it is located outside our direct space and is not ADA accessible. Select participating host locations along the route may also have public facilities available during your event.

Cancellations & Booking Changes

• What is the cancellation policy?

  • You may cancel or reschedule your ticket up to 1 week prior to the event. Please note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

• When is the final deadline for refunds?

  • The absolute final day to request a cancellation or refund is August 29, 2026. After this date, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
